please note- there are no documents to be viewed on the portal. Expressions of interest to be forwarded only. JCT standard buildings contract (without) quantities will apply. Performance bond will be required to 10% of contract value. Works comprise the refurbishment/reconfiguration of existing school buildings, including repairs/new walls/cloak room fit-outs, re-decoration, re-carpeting to some areas. New access control/CCTV/fire alarm install. security fencing, new entrance gates. Full works package to be priced. Site visits are only available after school hours (3.30-5.30pm)
