Tender description

The Council is seeking a partner who can obtain funding and then design, build and operate an extra care housing scheme including the provision of care services for older people aged 55+on part of the site of the former Manor Park Community School in Nuneaton, Warwickshire (off Beaumont Road, CV11 5HJ). The Council is seeking bids for the whole provision (i.e. build and care) and providers may wish to work together to deliver this scheme (for example through a consortium/ joint-venture etc). The site comprises an area of approximately 0.64 Hectares (1.58 Acres).
