Provision of Property and Estates Management Services

Tender description

This contracts is for the provision of a wide range of high level estates management services for both commercial and residential properties including acting for the Authority and protecting its interests both as landlord and tenant. The Services to be provided include the following: 1) Property Valuations 2) General Estates Management 3) Rent Reviews of Leasehold Premises and Communication Sites 4) Rent Reviews of Residential Premises 5) Lease Renewals 6) Acquisitions 7) Disposals 8) Professional Advice and Feasibility Studies 9) Town Planning Advice 10) Management and Development of Telecommunications Sites 11) Capital and Income Generation 12) Rating Valuation Appeals Services will be instructed on a call-off basis throughout the duration of the agreement. Levels of work to be instructed cannot be guaranteed and isubject to change throughout the duration of the contract. The contract will start and end on the dates above, however may be extended by a period of up to 24 months.
