Framework for the Provision of Redbridge Housing Capital Delivery 2017-2021

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for appointment to the Framework Agreement for the Redbridge Housing Capital Works Programme 2017-21 in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Framework”). The Framework shall commence on 1st February 2017 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including 31st January 2020 (“the Framework Period”). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance, the Framework Period may be extended by up to one (1) year in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Framework Period until midnight on 31st January 2021. The Framework is divided into three (3) Lots as follows:- Area Lot 1 – Redbridge West: (One (1) organisation to be appointed) Area Lot 2 – Redbridge East: (One (1) organisation to be appointed) Area Lot 3 – Redbridge West and East Reserve Provider: (One (1) organisation to be appointed) Please note that the documentation uploaded in the public area of the portal is for information only.
