Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Authority’) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for appointment to the Framework Agreement for the Redbridge Housing Capital Works Programme 2017-21 in the London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Framework’). The Framework shall commence on 1.4.2017 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue to and including 31.3.2020 (‘the Framework Period’). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance, the Framework Period may be extended by up to one (1) year in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate, providing a possible total Framework Period until midnight on 31.3.2021. Area Lot 1 — Redbridge West To undertake housing capital works of an estimated value of seven million (7 000 000 GBP) per annum in the west of the borough. Area Lot 2: Redbridge East To undertake housing capital works of an estimated value of five million (5 000 000 GBP) per annum in the east of the borough. Area Lot 3 — Redbridge West and East Reserve Provider To undertake housing capital works in the event that the appointed Providers to Lots 1 and 2 are unable undertake the work. .
