Tender description
Works Requirements with particular reference to: access; site set-up; concrete repair works to the pier heads; concrete repair works to the inner pier faces; concrete repair works to the outer pier faces; Anchorage works to head of west breakwater; site housekeeping; working in a marine environment with constraints as outlined in Volume A; liaison with relevant authorities. It should be noted that the Harbour is to remain operational during the works. The works are to be undertaken in such a manner as to minimise disruption to existing users. The method statement should reflect this.
