Tender description
3 10-year TPC2005 (as amended) Contracts for the provision of repairs and voids (Lot 1) and major works (Lots 2 and 3, covering defined geographical areas). Repairs and voids works will comprise: responsive repairs to domestic dwellings, including the communal areas of flat blocks; void works to dwellings within the Housing Revenue Account (HRA); and void works to dwellings outside of the HRA. These works will be delivered primarily via a combination of Price Per Repair, Price Per Void and Schedule of Rates models, with Archetypes, Day works and Quotations being used in other circumstances as set out within the procurement documents. Major Works will comprise individual, geographically and/or block-specific projects be delivered via a combination of archetypes, Schedule of Rates and Quotations.
