Relocation of Secondary Control (Phase 2)

Tender description

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (“the Authority”) is conducting this procurement to relocate Secondary Fire Control from one building to another in Smethwick, West Midlands. The works include but are not limited to building works, electrical and mechanical works. The works are required to be carried out between 17 October and 11 November 2016. Bidders (or subcontractors) must be members of National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting or equivalent, have company and individual accreditation for refrigerant handling in respect of the F-gas Regulations and provide evidence of the installing contractor for the refrigerant- based comfort conditioning being a D1 Daikin partner. Two afternoons have been arranged between 10:00 and 12:00 on Friday 2 September and 14:00 and 16:00 Friday 9 September 2016 for Bidders to visit the site. Tours of the site will last approximately 30 minutes, questions may be asked during this time. Please email servicesupportadministration@wmfs.net to confirm attendance.
