FRAMEWORK TO PROVIDE 3 WORKS PACKAGES – MINOR WORKS, REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE; MAJOR CAPITAL WORKS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Tender description

This notice gives prior information of a forthcoming procurement which will establish a Framework of suppliers to deliver a number of estates and facilities projects over the life of the Framework. The values under each contract will vary from project to project. The Authority is seeking to engage with multiple suppliers to deliver a range of services, namely minor works up to £30,000, repairs and planned maintenance; deliver projects of major capital works greater than £30,000 but less than £10m; and professional advisors for the development, design and delivery of projects for faults, repairs, major and small works, all of which will be delivered across all locations in which the Authority operates. The objective is to ensure value for money, service satisfaction and contractual performance for the Authority. Each Supplier appointed to the Framework may be required to enter into a contract directly with the Authority for up to 4 years with option of 12 months extension.
