SOFT MARKET TESTING EXERCISE FOR THE DELIVERY OF GOLF AND GOLF RELATED ACTIVITIES AT KINGSWAY GOLF COURSE

North Lincolnshire Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to help it determine the best way to deliver golf and golf related activities at Kingsway Golf Course. Until July 2016 the council engaged a PGA qualified golf professional to deliver services at both Normanby Hall and Kingsway Golf Courses. The council has decided to seek to engage golf professional services for Normanby Hall Golf Course only. The council is keen to investigate possible options for alternative delivery models at Kingsway Golf Course. It is the council's aim that any future appointed supplier / contractor will deliver the best mix of:- Competiveness Demonstrate value for money Customer satisfaction and quality Ability to supply items as required The council intends to procure new arrangements to replace the existing arrangements by 1 Apr 17. The council would like to understand and assess relevant market interest and capability to deliver golf and golf related services at Kingsway Golf course. Please note this is not a formal procurement exercise. The deadline for the submission of RFI responses is 12 noon 26 September 2016.
