Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council is the administering authority of the Greater Manchester Pension Fund and, as part of this function, invests in properties throughout England and Scotland. One such property is located at President Park, 9 President Way, Sheffield, S4 7UR. The Council wishes to carry out construction works at the Property. The Works will involve extending the existing warehouse and office facilities, service yard and car park including a new exit from the service yard onto the adjacent Highway.
