Tender description
Transport for London (TfL) requires external support to provide a secretariat and administration function of the Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety (CLOCS) programme. The CLOCS programme was developed in 2013 to take forward the findings in a research report which made a number of recommendations on work related road safety within the construction sector, in relation to vulnerable road users. The objectives of the requirement being tendered are to increase the positive movement that has been generated in the construction industry through the development of the CLOCS programme by providing effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
