Provision of Update, Maintenance and Development/ Re-development of Websites and Associated Services

Tender description

The Authority requires a service provider to update (install, move, add and change), maintain and further develop/ redevelop a number of national websites, including, but not limited to: • www.leapcard.ie (functional eCommerce Leap Card site including account management) • about.leapcard.ie (non-functional information site) • www.transportforireland.ie • www.nationaltransport.ie • www.luascrosscity.ie • www.smartertravelworkplaces.ie (incorporating www.smartertravelcampus.ie) • www.locallink.ie • www.carsharing.ie • www.cyclemanual.ie Note, the list above is provided in order of most frequently visited sites. The sites have been developed using a combination of Wordpress + plug-ins, .NET, jQuery,and MySQL + SQL. Most of the sites follow responsive design protocols – the service provider shall also follow these protocols and work to continuously improve customer experience across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
