Tender description
On 29.4.2014 the Contracting Authority awarded a Framework Agreement for a Strategic Housing Partner Framework to which a number of economic operators were appointed including Sanctuary Housing Association. Following a mini-tender process under the Framework Agreement the Contracting Authority has selected Sanctuary Housing Association to whom to award a call-off contract for the construction of 55 affordable rental units on 6 sites owned by the Contracting Authority.
