Z/2607 SEE Expansion – Enabling Works

Tender description

The School of Earth and Environment are growing and require expansion space. The existing Staff Centre building has been identified as suitable space and the refurbishment of L10 and the infill of L7 will be undertaken in order to provide additional office and meeting room space for academic staff and post graduates. In order to facilitate this work a series on enabling pieces of work are required which comprise as follows and form the basis of this project: i) Refurbishment of space in EC Stoner to form new IT Workshop ii) Refurbishment of space in EC Stoner to form new Print Copy Bureau Store iii) Refurbishment of space in Roger Stevens to form new Post Room iv) Refurbishment of space in EC Stoner to form new Bragg IT Cluster v) Refurbishment of Lifton Studios to form new Logik Centre
