Tender description

The works consist of remodelling and refurbishment within 4 Nr. houses, including new internal partitions, insulation, flooring, doors, windows, kitchens, decoration, mechanical and electrical installations. Nr. 157 Ormeau Road is to receive external window and door replacement only. External works are required at the 5 properties and includes a replacement roof to 149, replacement rainwater goods, repointing, render and concrete repairs, redecoration, grounds works and installing new fire escape steps. The works are to be completed at each property sequentially, commencing with Nr. 149 and with the tenants of the next property decanting to it when completed. This process is to be followed for all properties.
