Tender description

Medway Council are seeking a partner to develop Queen Street car park to provide residential accommodation whilst retaining the existing number of public car parking spaces. The Council has the land and the developer should be able to bring the finance and experience sufficient to deliver the project and return a profit share back to the council for the sale of units.
