Tender description

The selection of a developer / contractor for the construction of: Option A 4 new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 132 homes, an ambulance depot and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council. Option B 4 new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 135 homes and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council. The London Borough of Hackney seeks to award a single contract to a developer / contractor (or consortium) for the construction of new mixed tenure housing for the Tower Court regeneration as described below. At the time of going to advert there are 2 options. Only 1 option will be carried forward: Option A 4 new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 132 homes, an ambulance depot and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council. Option B 4 new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 135 homes and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council. Monetary consideration is invited for: The leases of circa 80 private-for-sale units including 34 No 1 bed units, 37 No 2 bed units and 9 No 3 bed units.
