Tender description

Refurbishment, remodelling, kitchen extension and disabled adaptation works to existing 4-bed 2-storey semi-detached property. Refurbishment/remodelling of an existing 2-storey semi detached 4-bed property to provide 5-bed property for exiting Choice Housing tenant and family. The works consist of minor demolition works to the rear, the construction of a bedroom/ kitchen extension. The remainder of the dwelling is to be completely refurbished to include new roof coverings, external render, windows/ doors, dry lining, new concrete ground floor slab, M&E installations, new kitchen, bathrooms and decoration. General Co-Operation. The Principal Contractor shall co-operate fully with Choice Ireland Housing Limited and neighbouring tenant/owner occupier in carrying out all the works with minimum of inconvenience and disturbance. Free access and right of way at all times to neighbouring dwellings must be granted. The Contractor must also ensure that all neighbouring dwellings have a supply of water, sanitary, electrical and heating and cooking services available as necessary during the progress of the works.
