Tender description

Delivery of approx 600 Extra Care Housing units across Lincolnshire County. The council are looking to work, potentially a number of providers whereby the council will provide a financial contribution to fund the gap between the net cost and income in delivering the ECH scheme(s). The Council will contribute a maximum of 8 000 000 of funding, for all schemes, either as cash or land.
