Tender description

Refurbishment of domestic bathrooms including removal and replacement of all sanitary-ware, alterations to existing pipework and disposal installation, removal and replacement of existing plasterboard to walls and ceilings, new decoration and floor coverings, and all associated electrical work and alterations. The Contractor will also be required to carry out all property surveys, detail design, preparation of drawings and the like to enable the works to progress.
