Develop 2 complimentary Bespoke Leadership Development Programmes to strengthen and deepen its leadership capability at senior levels across the organisation. Leveraging our strategic intent in continually developing our organisation and providing opportunities to be more explorative, inquisitive and to be devil's advocate in our analysis of issues, this programme should encourage us to be open-minded, imaginative and innovative in building our leadership capability to even higher levels.
