Contract for Hylton Castle Refurbishment works Sunderland City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers wishing to be considered for the Hylton Castle Refurbishment works. This is an electronic tender via the Council’s ProContract eTender system. All organisations interested in this tender should register an expression of interest against this contract online at ‘www.nepoportal.org’, Tender Reference DN175270. The Council will be using the Restricted Procurement Procedure and completed Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) must be returned by 12 noon on 31st August 2016, in accordance with the instructions in the documents. All PQQ documents are available via the portal. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold a PQQ clarification briefing on 18th August 2016 at Committee Room 6, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland, arrive 2.15pm for a 2.30pm start. The aim of the briefing is to provide advice on submitting a compliant PQQ, there will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
