Tender description

The primary objective of the Contract is for External and Roller Shutter Door Renewal at Ferryhill Units 4a-5e DL17 8LN The project is split over 2 blocks at Ferryhill Industrial Estate. The contractor is to price these works on the basis that one block must be completed in its entirety before another is started. Tnants will remain within the units for the duration of the works. A phased programme of works is to be agreed by the Client and tenants prior to works proceeding onsite. The Contractor must visit the site to ascertain the nature and character of the local conditions and accessibility of the site, nature of ground etc. and shall acquaint him or herself with the situation about labour and shall include in the tender for all of these circumstances.
