Tender description
The Welsh Trunk road network will be administered by single trunk road management unit with two geographic area of operation, comprising North & Mid Wales (NMWTRA) and South Wales (SWTRA). The new Contractor Framework will be utilised by North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agencies (NMWTRA) and may be used by the partner authorities, comprising: Isle of Anglesey County Council, Gwynedd Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council, Powys County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Wrexham Borough Council. The Contractor Framework will be divided into regions, and consist of category of works such as programmed works, urgent works and minor works. The Contractor Framework will involve Civil, Highways, and Structures Engineering for new highway construction works, improvement works and maintenance renewals.
