The Council seeks Quotes for the construction of three single storey bathroom extensions with disabled adaptions at the addresses listed below. 2 Elgar Road: The works are to extend and alter the existing semi detached bungalow at 2 Elgar Road, with a single storey rear extension to create an additional ground floor bathroom, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works. 2 Englands Way: The works are to extend and alter the existing end-terraced house at 2 Englands Way, to convert an existing room to a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, and extend the existing living room in a rear extension, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works. 72 Maclean Road: The works are to extend and alter the existing semi detached house at 72 Maclean Road, with a single storey rear extension to create a ground floor shower room and lobby, all in accordance with the supplied drawings, specification and this schedule of works.
