Tender description

As part of LHC's development of ‘compliance frameworks’. We are looking to develop a framework that offers Heating Service Contracts ranging from 25 000 GBP-> 1 000 000 GBP to — LA, HA, Educational establishment and other Public Sector Buildings. LHC have national coverage, however, each framework agreement is separated into individual Lots (both Geographical Regions and Categories). This framework is intended to be split into the following regional Lots: UKC — North East (England), UKD — North West (England), UKE — Yorkshire and the Humber, UKF — East Midlands (England), UKG — West Midlands (England), UKH — East of England, UKI — London, UKJ — South East (England), UKK — South West (England), UKL — Wales. With the following 3 individual categories: 1. Domestic Service Contracts; 2. Commercial Service Contracts; 3. Consultants including Auditing. Tenderers that undertake service contracts shall also be required to demonstrate their ability to undertake 24/7 responsive servicing including all field operators, management, administration including help desk (call centre) facilities to undertake the following: a) Property LGSR (including the managing accesses arrangements; b) Routine Servicing of Heating Appliances; c) Responsive call-out (24/7) to repair and maintain heating and hot water systems; d) Various contract types: i) Annual Service, ii) Annual Service, breakdown cover with parts and labour chargeable from an agreed schedule of rates, iii) Fully comprehensive covering annual inspections, breakdowns, parts and labour (exclusions and nominal maximum cost agreed prior to contract), e) Replacement Heating Appliances, associate equipment and complete heating systems. The final format of the framework will be decided after pre-tender engagement with the market.
