Plantation Rewiring Scheme (Phase 1)

Tender description

The rewiring and ceiling replacement works are proposed to be programmed for start and completion as above, with the works to be carried out as these dates. Please note that the school will be operational during the first week of the proposed works and the contractor will have to consider the school opening times, closing times and operation for this period. Works are to be priced on the basis that the building will be accessible Monday to Friday including weekends between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm daily. On submission of tender the contractor accepts the above time/access restrictions for the rewiring works. No additional costs will be entertained for any works undertaken either outside of the specified hours, overnight or over Bank Holidays. If any such work is proposed then it must be with the express approval of the Contract Administrator.
