Tender description
The works include widening of the Set-down area on the N21 at the western approach to Adare Village adjacent to Scoil Naomh Iosaf including but not limited to: Site Clearance, Installation of new Fence and Gates, Construction of new Footpaths, Drainage, Paving to widened lay-by and school entrance, Landscaping & planting of Trees, Services Diversions, Signage and all other ancillary works associated with the Scheme. The contractor will be required to fulfil the role of PSCS for the Works and will be responsible for the design and installation of Temporary Traffic Management for the duration of the Works.
