Home Group - Property Advice and Valuations Framework (Revised)

Tender description

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced real estate professionals to provide us with on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of real estate related issues, we will be able to seek advice on issues and respond quickly where the opportunities arise. The services required under this framework are a range of valuation and property advice services as described in the tender documentation. The framework will be tendered as 23 individual lots.The lots divide up the requirement by service and by region. The Property Advice and Valuation framework will be used to support both Home Group's existing residential and commercial portfolios and support our new build development activity.
