Leicester City Council is looking to refurbish and remodel 3 vacant decommissioned hostels and 1 vacant House In Multi Occupation (HIMO) into general needs affordable housing and require the following professional team services to enable the scheme to proceed. Procurement of professional team services: via a ?lead consultant? who shall be an Architect; and to include Structural Engineering; Quantity Surveying and Mechanical & Electrical engineers services including traditional contract administration duties to enable the refurbishment/conversion of the properties into residential accommodation for affordable housing. Proposal details as follows: Proposal: 31-35: Lower Hastings Street: Conversion to 8 units as follows: 2 x1b flats; 6 x 2b flats. 129 Loughborough Road: conversion to 9 units as follows: 7 x 2 bed flats and 2 x 1b wheelchair flats. 102-104 Myrtle Road: Conversion to 2 units as follows: 2 x 4 bed homes. 17 Seymour Street: Conversion to 1 x 4 bed home. Total units: 20 units.
