Tender description
The Authority intends to appoint a Service Provider to provide a Whistleblowing Hotline and associated investigation services. The Service Provider will undertake disclosure assessment and reporting, make management action recommendations, provide a comprehensive investigative service (including scoping/planning, interviewing, recording/transcription, written updates/reports, verbal updates/reports, referral to third parties if required) and provide advice and oversight.
