Thirteen Housing Group Ltd was created from the merger of Tees Valley based organisation’s Fabrick Housing Group and Vela Group. The move means expertise; resources and costs can be shared, achieving savings without reducing services and allowing the landlords to focus on the needs of their tenants and neighbourhood’s.
