Tender description

The Director of Finance and Resources, on behalf of Renfrewshire Council, is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake the work to extend and refurbish Mossvale/ St James' shared campus. Associated external educational and landscape works will also be included. This contract will be in the form of the SBCC Standard Building Contract with Quantities (SBC/Q/Scot) 2011 Edition.
