Scotland Excel intends to put in place a framework agreement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Disposal of a range of domestic furniture, furnishings and white goods. The scope of this framework will include 2 key areas — new products and recycled products. A PIN referenced OCT224299 has already been published relating to supply, delivery, installation and disposal of a range of domestic furniture, furnishings and white goods. This PIN has been published to include within the scope the supply, delivery, installation and disposal of recycled furniture and furnishings to various dwellings including, but not limited to, domestic dwellings, residential homes and hostels. Due to the revolving nature of the recycled furniture industry, it is unlikely that those providing recycled furniture services will be required to meet all elements of the scope.
