Tender description

Walsall Council welcomes expressions of interest from local voluntary and community sector organisations (or a consortium of organisations) who have an innovative vision and the necessary expertise to take over the management of this impressive historic building and make it available for use to the wider community. The Council wishes to see the site used for the benefit of local residents and must be developed and managed in partnership with the local community. The primary use of site must be non-commercial or with profits re-invested back into the local community, resulting in a successful, vibrant and inclusive community managed asset.
