Tender description

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced real estate professionals to provide us with on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of real estate related issues, we will be able to seek advice on issues and respond quickly where the opportunities arise. The services required under this framework are a range of valuation and property advice services as described in the tender documentation. The framework will be tendered as 23 individual lots. The lots divide up the requirement by service and by region. The Property Advice and Valuation framework will be used to support both Home Group's existing residential and commercial portfolios and support our new build development activity. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to affordable housing (including supported housing) in North-East and Yorkshire and Humber. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to residential property in North-East and Yorkshire and Humber. For this lot we are seeking to engage a supplier able to deliver a ‘1-stop-shop’ service to provide advice and valuation services (inc. providing EPC's and Home Buyers packs where required) across the entire region based upon local market knowledge and specialist expertise. To deliver the services and provide the best advice to Home Group the supplier is expected to have to utilise a network of agents/consultants who have the requisite knowledge of the relevant market and locality. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to affordable housing (including supported housing) in North-West and West Midlands. Please Note: In these regions, the majority of our current assets are in Cumbria. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to residential property in the North-West and West Midlands. For this lot we are seeking to engage a supplier able to deliver a ‘1-stop-shop’ service to provide advice and valuation services (inc. providing EPC's and Home Buyers packs where required) across the entire region based upon local market knowledge and specialist expertise. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to residential property in South-East and South-West England. For this lot we are seeking to engage a supplier able to deliver a ‘1-stop-shop’ service to provide advice and valuation services (inc. providing EPC's and Home Buyers packs where required) across the entire region based upon local market knowledge and specialist expertise. This lot will be for property advice, valuation, agency and disposal services related to residential property in Scotland. For this lot we are seeking to engage a supplier able to deliver a ‘1-stop-shop’ service to provide advice and valuation services (inc. providing EPC's and Home Buyers packs where required) across the entire region based upon local market knowledge and specialist expertise. This lot will be for right to buy valuation services required in North East, Yorkshire and Humber. This lot will be for right to buy valuation services required in North-West and West Midlands.
