Homes in Sedgemoor is inviting tenders for a Business Improvement Partner and Trainer to work with our teams in leading change and innovation to ensure best practice in relation to empty homes, income management and customer services, in order to facilitate service improvements and developments across the organisation. The successful tenderer must have experience of empty homes, income management and customer services, leading and delivering significant change and business improvement initiatives. You will have extensive knowledge of using performance information to drive continuous improvement and have a track record of delivering value for money initiatives.
