Tender description

The construction of a new two storey building accommodating the Tamar Bridge Offices, Customer Service Centre and Bridge & Tunnel Control Room, with a first floor link building connecting to a new first floor learning centre overlying the refurbished ground floor of the existing office building. The works include associated external works, improvements to the landscaping and surrounding public realm area.
