Tender description

Description of Proposed Works: The works comprise the following: — Internal alterations to the existing school accommodation generally; — Construction of a 2 storey classroom block extension to the south of the existing building; — Demolition of existing structures and the construction of a single storey link block, between the new class block and existing building; — Construction of a sports hall and dining room extension; — Associated drainage, car parking and external site works. The works will be phased and will require to be complete as follows: Phase 1 Boiler room upgrade — completed; Phase 2 Classroom Block — commencing mid-April 2016 complete by mid-August 2017; Phase 3 Link Corridor — commencing mid-August 2017 complete by mid-February 2018; Phase 4 Hall and Dining — commencing mid-February 2018 complete by mid-October 2018.
