Tender description

A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Responsive Repairs, Void Works, Planned Works, Disabled Adaptations, Cyclical Works, 3 star breakdown, Gas Safety and Servicing and Compliance services. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a 2nd TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. The contract will be a TPC2005 for an initial term of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. The following services will commence in the years indicated at the sole discretion of Teign and will be discussed during the competitive dialogue process and reserve the right not to include the additional services in the final contract. The labour for the programme delivery will be supplied by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teign. The successful contractor will enter into a 2nd TPC2005 contract with Teign and the Subsidiary under which Teign and the Subsidiary agree to supply labour for the programme and the contractor agrees to manage the Subsidiary's labour force. Short-listed bidders and invited to Dialogue will be expected to contribute proposals for efficient delivery of the programme and added value to Teign.
