Leicester City Council acting on behalf of Leicester Cathedral, invites Tenders for a construction consultant for their Common Ground project. As a lead Consultant, who will oversee all the design and delivery stages throughout the life of the project, and manage all other consultants on the client’s behalf. Common Ground is a project which looks to carry out very significant work to Leicester Cathedral, in terms of preservation of the exterior, reordering of the interior and redevelopment of the ‘back of house’ parts of the building
