The Council requires the Construction of a 2 storey block of 6 flats with cycle and bin stores, formation of vehicular access and parking spaces Paddington Grove, High Howe, Bournemouth. The former ball park at Paddington Grove has been disused for a number of years. The scheme provides 100% affordable council housing that helps to contribute to the overall delivery of affordable housing in the Borough. Planning permission was granted in June 2015.
