Design & fit out of new City of London office

Tender description

This project and subsequent tender process is for the design, fit out and relocation of staff, materials and furniture, if required, to an alternative City of London office. The new proposed office is approximately 21,000 square feet and is located within the EC4 post code, just a few miles from our current location in Holborn. The project, from award of contract (expected to be September 2016) to completion of staff relocation from the existing office, must be completed by September 2017 at the latest. We expect this project to be undertaken in three phases consisting of design, fit out and relocation and as such the tender, in conjunction with the “JCT Design and Build Contract 2011” (DB 2011), will be broken down into three distinct phases for the project.
