Scope of Works: The specialist tender for the tensile fabric structures covers the followings elements: Entertainment Marquee: Approximate Dimensions 20,5 M wide x 55 M long x 8 M High; Prize Winners Podium: Approximate Dimensions 8M wide x 7,5M long x 5,1M High; 2 no Canopies in Front of Grandstand: Approximate Dimensions Canopy 1: 2,1M wide x 10,5 M long x 4,9M High; Approximate Dimensions Canopy 2: 2,1M wide x 10,5 M long x 5,7M High. Scope of Works: The specialist tender for the design supply and works (installation) for tensile fabric structures covers the followings elements: Entertainment Marquee: Approximate Dimensions 20,5 M wide x 55 M long x 8 M High; Inclusions: Painted Galvanised Structural Steelwork; Permanent Fabric Roof: Temporary Demountable Side walls — Option 1 ( fabric ) and Option 2 ( fabric high-level and low-level PVC framed polycarbonate framed panels) ( Both Alternative Options to be priced); Temporary Demountable Doors: Suitably sized flush hinged stainless steel sockets with a flip over cap for base fixings of temporary side walls and doors; All secondary framing, fixings, connections, supports; Rainwater drainage above ground; Temporary Demountable Internal Flooring: Suitable Secure metal Container, C. 40 ft long, capable of storage of temporary demountable walls, doors and floor elements, located in adjacent car-park; Exclusions which are included in Main Contract Tender: Below Ground Site Services; Foundations; Electrical Services including lighting, AV, fire alarm, power ,etc.; Planters and Kerbs; Bit- Mac external surfacing; Prize Winners Podium: Approximate Dimensions 8M wide x 7,5M long x 5,1M High; Inclusions: Painted Galvanised Structural Steelwork; Permanent Fabric Roof: All secondary framing, fixings, connections, supports; Exclusions which are included in Main Contract Tender: Below Ground Site Services; Foundations; Electrical Services including lighting, AV, power, etc. Podium Platform, Steps, Decking; Podium Aluminium cladding and flashings and framework support structure; Planters and Kerbs; 2 no Canopies in Front of Grandstand: Approximate Dimensions Canopy 1: 2,1M wide x 10,5 M long x 4,9M High; Approximate Dimensions Canopy 2: 2,1M wide x 10,5 M long x 5,7M High.
