Tender description

Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is embarking on a tendering process to replace the existing Information Technology Service Management Tool used by ICT Services. The Council is seeking an out of the box solution, requiring minimal configuration that is delivered via SaaS. The Solution: The Council are looking for a solution that delivers an excellent experience for our customers, partners, service desk and support agents when they need to log, track and progress a service request. The system will need the potential to be scalable to other parts of the business that operate service desk functions which are not part of IT. The solution must be a commodity based product, and accessible from internet enabled devices, VDI terminals, and mobile devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones, across multiple locations, on a 24x7x365 basis.
