Tender description

Works to include wall and attic insulation; 300mm of rolled insulation to be laid in attic, should 150mm of insulation be already in place, lay another 150mm of insulation at a right angle to and on top of existing insulation. All external walls to have full fill bonded bead insulation pumped into the cavity. All required background ventilation and extract ventilation to be installed in accordance with SEAI code of practice version 7.0 (Section 5, Ventilation).
