Tender description
The works are for improvements to the existing Haythorne sewage treatment works located at No6 Haythorne, Horton, Wimborne BH21 7JQ. NGR 403760, 107838. The main items of work consist the following: Tree surgery and vegetation removal. Replace existing covers and frame over filter bed. Install handrailing around perimeter of primary tanks and filter bed including access ladder to provide safe access at height. Install ventilation around filter bed walls and make good over cover slabs to mitigate trip hazards. Carry out adjustments to distribution apparatus. Negotiating difficult access.
