Feasibility study at the Brixton Sports and Social Club

Lambeth Council in partnership with the Brixton Sports and Social Club hereby invite proposals from suitably qualified service consultants to undertake a Feasibility Study for the Brixton Sports and Social Club, 297-299 Coldharbour Lane, London SW4 8RP. The feasibility study will need to set a bold vision for the future that will help realise the potential of the site and generate revenue to support its long term sustainability Core deliverables will include: • Consultation with the users of the building, local communities and stakeholders • An assessment of the options in relation to their ability to support delivery of a sustainable and economically viable usage of space • A needs analysis to ascertain the level of demand and potential usage of space • Market testing where appropriate in relation to the proposed options • Liaising with Lambeth Planning and review planning/policy sources to assess the feasibility of the identified options. This is important given the listed status of the building and its location with the Loughborough Park Conservation Area • Identification of any risks associated with the delivery of the project A detailed project brief outlining the scope of works is additionally attached for your perusal and consideration in responding to this Request for Quotes.
