0250OH - Painting & Decorating of Comunal Entrances (Stage 2)

Tender description

The works within flat block communal areas will include but not be limited to: • To re-decorate ceilings and walls where previously painted with fire retardant paint adhering to the attached specifications at Appendix 1. • To seal re-decorated walls, low ceilings and bullheads with anti-graffiti glaze included as optional in the specifications at Appendix 1. • To re-decorate previously stained, varnished and painted woodwork and any previously painted metal and timber balustrading and handrailing as per the specifications attached at Appendix 1. • To re-decorate previously painted concrete stair steps, stair strings, lintels, beams and sills appropriate colour to avoid discolouration from excessive traffic all to the specifications at Appendix 1. • The contractor must ensure that all the costs for all above items are included in the pricing document.
